APC Directors have established a model for providing residential care for disabled residents by working with third sector organisations providing person-centred support services for people with learning difficulties in the local community. Among other projects, we acquired and refurbished this 3-bed mid terraced house in the heart of Warwick to provide residential accommodation for individuals with learning disabilities.
