What type of projects does Arden Primary Care typically consider?
We exist to multiply the value in property development opportunities for healthcare tenants and buyers. While our directors are happy to advise you on a wide range of projects, most projects we consider fall within the £1m to £25m GDV range. These are most commonly commercial or light industrial conversions.

What sort of properties do you develop?
We typically analyse commercial properties which can be converted to a small community hospital, GP surgery or residential accommodation for tenants with health related challenges.

Are you looking for new projects?
Yes we are looking for new projects. Currently, there is significant instability within the NHS. We expect to see nationwide opportunities to reestablish the community hospital concept which were decommissioned across the UK approximately 30 years ago.
We expect to analyse potential opportunities to acquire and refurbish GP surgeries for sale and lease back. There is strong demand from county councils to secure residential accommodation for individuals with healthcare challenges.

Do you fund projects yourself?
We usually look to use a mixture of own funds plus third party funding from our panel of private investors, as necessary.
Do you welcome new private investors?
Yes, we welcome new private investors. We are extremely meticulous in our deal analysis protocols. Past experience shows us that private investors are confident to work with our team to develop tangible assets which provide a strong return on investment. We currently work with a carefully selected group of investors, and are open to new entrants.
