Paul is an experienced Business Development Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the automotive car and commercial areas, finance and IT industries. He is skilled in Negotiation, Customer Service, Business Development, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Retention. He has Director level management experience of 3 companies, covering IT Software development & Sales, Management Consultancy and Training and Franchise Dealership operations.

He has served as Managing Director at a number of businesses he has established and was a Member of Institute of Chartered Managers (MCMI). Paul has also served as a Church Pastor planting his first church on the Isle of Sheppey after finishing Bible College at Roffey Place in Horsham and his last church in Winchester.
